Join Our Team – Signage Project Manager (Hybrid)

Reporting to – Project Director.
Location – Hybrid
Hours – Full-time, permanent. 

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, efficient and commercially aware Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of internal and external signage projects. This role will suit a confident Project Manager who is able to run multiple projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining document control and close communication with other team members.

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Manage multiple live projects concurrently from design to delivery & installation.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers and schedules.
  • Implement best practices, identify areas of risk, develop processes to support best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Update sales and profit forecasts, track variations, and margin analysis to support final project close out.
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical details for upcoming internal and external projects.
  • Coordinate site surveys, risk assessments, method statements and H&S documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal team members to ensure the best possible experience and value for money for our clients.
  • Liaise with contract specific stakeholders and contractors.
  • Oversee installation works and manage snagging through to completion.

Duties, skills, and experience: 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management within retail design, shopfitting or signage.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and installation processes.
  • Experience and understanding of CAD floorplans/elevations.
  • Experience of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously including roll-out programmes across multi-sites projects.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially aware with strong budget and cost control experience.
  • Confident in working with clients, suppliers and site teams.
  • Proactive and solutions focused.
  • Detail orientated with strong ownership.
  • Calm in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with desire to learn new systems.
  • Prince 2 accreditation (or similar) – desirable.
  • A team player.
  • Experience in planning permissions with local authorities (desirable)

This role is perfectly suited for a proactive professional who excels in fast-paced, collaborative environments. As Project Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining operational flow, ensuring rigorous schedule adherence, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
