Brooke is the Finance Manager at AML, where she plays a key role in guiding the company’s financial operations and ensuring that processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with AML’s business goals. With a strong focus on creating streamlined systems, she helps support sustainable growth and keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

She began her journey at AML in the Projects team, gaining valuable insight into day-to-day operations before moving into Finance to make full use of her accounting qualifications. This experience gives Brooke a well-rounded perspective on both operational workflows and financial management, allowing her to bridge the gap between project delivery and financial management.

Known for her eye-for-detail approach and collaborative mindset, Brooke is passionate about using her expertise to strengthen the company’s financial foundations and to contribute to AML’s long-term success.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling to new places, and reading. I’ve also recently taken up mountain biking, which I’m really enjoying as a new challenge.
