At AML, Charlie manages external signage projects across Wales, Scotland, and England. He enjoys working closely with clients and collaborating with colleagues, finding real satisfaction in being part of a team that brings complex projects to life. For Charlie, the most rewarding part of his role is contributing to projects that spark his interest and seeing the positive impact of his work on clients.

Away from the office, Charlie is passionate about health, fitness, and sport. He spends much of his free time training in MMA, keeping active in the gym, and honing his skills on the golf course.
